Any time need to make a purchase, or use any Vice City CONNECT service, you will be asked to sign in with your Vicious Account email ID or phone number, and password. Once signed in you’ll have access to the service and all your saved information.

How many Vicious Accounts do I need?

Just one. Use the same Vicious Account everywhere you sign in to ensure that all your Vice City CONNECT services work together seamlessly and you can access your information from anywhere.

If I opened a second Vicious Accounts by mistake, can I merge them together?

Vicious Accounts are technically for individual use and cannot be merged.

Can I share a Vicious Account with someone else?

Your Vicious Account should not be shared with anyone else, by any circumstance. It provides access to your sensitive information including payment methods, addresses, orders, browsing, verified IDs, and more. Sharing your Vicious Account with someone else means you are giving them access to all these contents, may also lead to reverify the account holder and ID every time you access and place orders including verification fees, or even the account banning as described in our Zero Tolerance Policy.
